Some DUI offenders tend to use lame excuse of used car parts to evade arrests

Miranda Dalton, who was involved in a deadly crash was caught in a bar partying. She had been free on bail but unfortunately was caught at the bar by a member of the victim's family.

Dawn Fullerton, sister of the victim, Paul Maidman stated:

It's almost emotionally, it crushes you inside. Where's the justice in any of this.

Dalton's Jeep Grand Cherokee crashed into the back of Paul's car killing him instantly. She was arrested on charges of drunken driving and had posted bail on condition she would give up drinking and wear ankle bracelet for monitoring alcohol consumption. The victim's sister managed to take pics of her in the bar and even though there was no proof of drinking, it was still enough to send her to jail and set the bail at $500,000.

DUI offenders tend to play smart to outclass investigators but it's not easy to fool the authorities. Some DUI offenders even state that using used auto parts caused the crash in order to escape punishment but law enforcers are smart enough to realize that the offender is lying to prevent himself from going behind the bars.

I think authorities should act tough so that such incidences never take place.
